Charlotte Landscaping Services has built strong loyalty among most customers, with repeatedly praised responsiveness, on-time work, and finished projects that transform yards. A small but significant cluster of older negative reviews raises concerns about incomplete work and employee conduct, though recent five-star feedback suggests improvements.
All three reviewers reported excellent outcomes. One transformed their outdoor space with plant selection and potted plants; another solved a longtime mailbox planting problem through thoughtful consultation and soil/sunlight assessment; a third praised the listening and design delivery. Staff provided photo previews and timely installation.
