Reviewers consistently describe a yard transformation handled by an experienced owner and team that listens, adapts on the fly, and follows through long after installation ends. Projects span hardscape, irrigation, drainage solutions, and full landscaping with particular praise for responsive communication and reasonable rates throughout the entire process.
The team tackles complex problems from grading and drainage to outdoor kitchens and lighting systems, often completing difficult repairs other companies left unresolved. A backup foreman manages ongoing maintenance, and owners report year-round reliability for both initial design and follow-up adjustments.
Review evidence is limited. Ground Control of Carolinas offers design and maintenance services across Charlotte Metro and surrounding areas; their website lists 27 years in business and a broad service range from landscaping and hardscaping to outdoor kitchens and irrigation.
Customers who hired this hardscape company describe a smooth process from first call to finished job. Reviewers say the team returns calls quickly and keeps the work on track. Many praise the finished results as better than they pictured. Owners mention paver walkways, travertine work, stone steps, and drainage on sloped yards. Several projects included custom fire pits and patio fireplaces. One owner said the crew helped trim the scope to fit a tight budget without losing the look they wanted.
