Early reviews praised plant variety and staff helpfulness, but a more recent complaint about incomplete repair work and unmet promises raises questions about current consistency.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Reviewers praise the steady weekly schedule and prompt crews. One customer says the quoted price held, and the team returned calls and visited in person. Grass health improved for several long-time clients, though one reviewer saw more crabgrass.
Shoppers praise the knowledgeable staff, healthy plants, and well-stocked shelves at this Cornelius branch. The team come up often for patient help. Long-time buyers of irrigation and lighting supplies say the team keeps their projects on schedule.
